Shipping Policy

Order Processing (Karachi Hub)
• All orders are processed Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 PKT.
• Orders placed before 3:00 pm PKT are dispatched the same day; orders after 3:00 pm ship the next business day.
• We do not process or ship on Pakistani public holidays.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
• Karachi Metro – Next-day delivery (1 business day)
• Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi – 1–2 business days
• Other major cities – 2–3 business days
• Remote / rural areas – 3–5 business days
All times are estimates and begin once the parcel is collected by the courier.
